A l'issue d'une médiation demandée par les Ministres chargés de la santé et de la recherche, les Institutions de recherche - l'Inserm, L'assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Paris et l'Université René Descartes - Paris 5 - et la société Métagénex sont parvenues a un accord au terme duquel a été concédé à Métagénex un contrat de licence mondial et exclusif pour l'exploitation du procédé ISET dans le domaine du cancer et du diagnostic prénatal. La conclusion de cet accord met fin aux différends entre les Parties.

Following the mediation as requested by the Ministers in charge of health and research, the research institutions: Inserm, Assistance Publique-Hopitaux de Paris, the Rene Descartes University - Paris 5 -; and Metagenex have reached an agreement under the terms of which, Metagenex has been granted a worldwide and exclusive licence agreement for the exploitation of the ISET process in the field of cancer and prenatal diagnosis. The conclusion of this agreement puts an end to the dispute between the Parties.
